We're currently recruiting for a Reward Analyst to support our Reward and Pensions Managers in implementing Kier's benefits programmes which align to our overall Reward & Pensions strategy.

Key Responsibilities

In this Reward Analyst role, you will build reward models by analysing data to identify trends and provide insights information on Reward & Pensions and prepare models for variable pay scenarios. You will also support the development of our job grading structure and take the lead on compensation and benefit survey planning. This role will also involve providing analytic support of benchmarking data, creation of salary ranges and salary review modelling and calculations. You'll provide specific analysis around tracking the 2026 Gender Pay Gap KPI and insight information to identify opportunities to improve our D & I agenda.

What do we need from you?

A proactive individual with previous Reward experience that focuses on compensation and rewards analytics such as CEO Pay Ratio, Equal Pay and benchmarking. You will have good attention to detail and be a proficient user of MS Excel. Previous experience of working within a Centre of Expertise (COE) or Shared Service environment would be advantageous but not essential.
