We're looking for a Site Operative to join our Telecoms team based in Birmingham. Within this role, you can enjoy exposure to exciting major projects, progression opportunities, support in obtaining further qualifications, and even more.

Location: Birmingham, West Midlands

Contract: Permanent, full time

Salary: Up to £26k per annum plus benefits & training

Responsibilities

  • Undertaking detailed test, inspection, and condition surveys of mobile phone mast installations and their associated equipment.
  • Completion of minor remedial work when required under the supervision of a Team Leader.
  • Participation in work at height to check the tower-mounted equipment and proprietary fall arrest systems.
  • Producing detailed and accurate reports relating to inspection/survey and their release in a timely manner with photographic evidence.
Full training will be given on Advanced Climber, Tower Rescue, RF Awareness & Safety, First Aid at height, Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling, Working at Height Medical, NRWSW Unit 2, Rope Access, and MEWP (Mobile elevating work platforms).
