Contracts Manager

A fast growing facilities management maintenance provider specialising in Hard Services has a key requirement for a contracts manager to manage 5 commercial M&E maintenance sites within London to join the team of 200+ staff. With a strong line of support in place due to management coming from technical backgrounds.

Contracts manager will be customer focused and facing, managing all aspects of maintenance and remedial quotes and works on all HVAC and M&E Services on sites.

Contracts Manager will be responsible for

  • Contracts Manager will have good technical knowledge of M&E plant
  • Contracts Manager will have a team of mobile and static engineers to support
  • Contracts Manager will Report into the area general manager
  • Contracts Manager will be Customer facing with good relationship building skills and communication
  • Contracts Manager will produce Regular reports using excel
  • Contracts Manager will be Located within reasonable distance of London Bridge
  • Contracts Manager will be paid £60-K to £65k basic + travel card, inclusive of 34 days holiday

    • To be successful as the Contracts Manager

  • Contracts manager will need to be experienced in running Hard service maintenance contracts
  • Contracts manager will need to be IT literate and experienced in excel
  • Contracts manager will be experienced in managing engineers and client facing
  • Contracts Manager will have a Mechanical or Electrical bias with technical knowledge
  • Contracts Manager will be paid up to £65k basic + pension + 26 days holiday subject to experience
