Location: We can offer the flexibility to work from home, with visits to site and offices but ideally based around Cambridge, Peterborough, and Northamptonshire.
Contract: Permanent - Full Time. Flexible and part-time hours may be available if desired, just let us know.
Responsibilities
As a Senior SHEA Manager, you'll help lead the Energy & Water SHEA Team to a high performing state where they provide first class support to the Operations teams and together drive an improvement within SHEA performance across the division. Nothing is so urgent that we cannot take time to do it safely.
Your day to day will include:
- Ensuring the highest possible standards of SHEA responsibility are implemented across the business.
- Implementing the SHEA strategy whilst leading and driving a team to promote safety and ensure mitigation against risk
- Ensuring information is recorded accurately in order to promote best practice
- Leading and implementing cultural change to drive forward the SHE initiatives across our business
Who are we looking for?
This role of Senior SHEA Manager is great for you if you:
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence.
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent with membership of relevant professional institution.
- Experience managing a team of H&S professionals
- Working knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 Standards.
