We're looking for a Foreman to join our Highways team based in Penrith to work on our A66 project. Responsibilities


As a Foreman you'll be responsible for the efficient management of site resources, labour teams and subcontractors, to ensure the safe delivery of the project and be able to manage the resources such that the works are efficiently delivered and work with the Works Manager to effectively manage risks and identify opportunity.


Your day to day will include:


  • Deliver site inductions and toolbox talks and ensure SHE register is maintained and up to date
  • Contribute to SHE plans, evaluate method statements and risk assessments
  • Issue permits to work and sign offs

    This role of Foreman is great for you if:

  • Have knowledge of Health & Safety
  • Have IT, planning, prioritising and decision-making skills
  • Have Heavy Civils knowledge/experience
