This role will be responsible for supporting the sustainability function in gathering and maintaining its data and providing organisational and planning support to help it deliver its workstreams.

What are the key deliverables and responsibilities?
- Review of systems to ensure projects and suppliers are reporting data as required for corporate reporting against KPIs (will require us to map the data systems and sources to be monitored)Support the functional team where additional support is needed to ensure completion of monthly data and liaise with key internal stakeholders to ensure monthly data is provided
- Use systems to create dashboards for reporting and review including BPR slides
- Monitor functional competence and training needs using EMS templates and work with business unit leads to book and manage functional training requirements
- Assist in the creation of lessons learned bulletins from incidents, NCRs, lost tenders and other learning opportunities to drive improvement across the business
- Help collect news stories from across our projects and work with comms to disseminate through appropriate channels
- Support with meeting agendas, slide packs and minutes as required
- Help to research relevant topics to support work winning activities
- Collaborate other functions and comms with sustainability functional campaigns
- Work with functional team to ensure training is rolled out across the business (resourcing locations/trainers/materials/booking speakers as required)
- Help to keep functional trackers up to date collecting data from around the company as required
- Help to support the 'office sustainability' workstream to keep track of initiatives and to help review and improve the sustainability performance of our central office locations.
What are the keys skills needed?
- An interest in sustainability
- Ability to perform under pressure, in situations with high ambiguity and short deadlines
- Excellent data management skills to organise and maintain data from multiple sources and in multiple formats
- Good planning and organisational skills to co-ordinate meetings, events, training, and workshops
- Excellent programme and time management skills with the ability to thrive in pressurised situations across multiple workstreams
- Capability to source the latest information from the public domain on key developments from the construction industry and wider sustainability topics
- Competency in Power BI (preferred)
- Base competencies such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook (essential)
