Foot mobile Mechanical bias maintenance engineer

A leading heating contractor has a key requirement for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to further strengthen their existing team. The Maintenance Plumber will be carrying out maintenance and repairs mostly on mechanical systems as well as some plumbing/electrical systems. Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will be paid up to £35k basic + overtime + travel card + package

As the Successful Maintenance/ Install Plumber, you will be:

  • Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will be performing PPM's.
  • Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will be servicing Chillers, chilled water pumps, Air handling units (AHU's) and cleaning filters.
  • Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will be diagnosing remedial works.
  • Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will complete maintenance reports.
  • Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will be working on Commercial sites in London and surrounding areas.
As the Successful Commercial Plumber, you will have:

  • Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will have experience in servicing chillers.
  • Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will have NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds Level 2/3 in a mechanical discipline.
  • Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with Electrical/ plumbing experience and/or qualifications would be an advantage.
  • Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will have strong communication skills and have experience making sure all paperwork completed to a high standard as well as experience in a client facing role.
  • Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will be working on Commercial sites in London and surrounding areas.
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will be paid up to £35k basic + overtime + travel card + package
