Master Planner job now available working for this highly successful privately owned national house builder. The role would offer up £50,000 plus car allowance of £7,320 and would suit a designer with experience of producing residential housing developments.
Our client was established 50 years ago, with 10 offices across the Midlands, East Anglia, Southwest and Northwest. They are one of the UK's largest privately owned housebuilders, they strive to deliver quality housing that is sympathetic to the individual area and community.
They are now seeking a Master Planner with experience of residential developments to join its group design team based in Derbyshire.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work on the production of hand drawn viability layouts and AutoCAD planning layouts
- Collaborating with the regional teams to develop design briefs and layouts designs
- Attending meetings and site as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience working on the production of residential housing development masterplans is essential
- Experience in working for a housing developer would be highly beneficial
- Educated to HNC/D standard or higher
- Full UK driver's licence
- Hand drawing and AutoCAD skills are essential
- Possess excellent presentation skills both verbal and visual
- Capable of working to and managing projects and workloads.
What you get back
- Salary £40,000 - £50,000
- Car Allowance of £7,320 or a company car
