Site Manager / Liverpool / £270-280 day rate

A successful and dedicated development company need a reliable and experienced site manager to run their site in St Helens, Liverpool. The site manager will be overseeing the conversion of an existing freehold building to 5 flats and 2 commercial units. The site manager will be managing the project plan, and underlying team, covering all CDM responsibilities, and HSE compliances, meeting building control and reporting to the construction director. The site manager will need CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, and Health and Safety. The site manager will be on a day rate of £270-280, depending on experience. The site manager will start WC on 14/11/2022. The site manager would be on an ongoing contract of at least 12 months. The site manager will be working from 8 am-5 pm.

The successful site manager will be:

  • Site manager will run the site
  • Site manager will be managing the project plan
  • Site manager will be managing the underlying team
  • Site manager will be covering all CDM responsibilities, HSE compliance, meeting building control, and reporting to the construction director
  • Site manager will be on a daily rate of £270-280
  • Site manager will start WC 14/11/2022
  • Site manager will be on an ongoing contract of at least 12 months
  • Site manager will be working 8am-5 pm

To qualify for this position as a site manager:

  • Site manager needs valid CSCS
  • Site manager needs valid SMSTS
  • Site manager needs valid first aid
  • Site manager will need to be reliable
  • Site manager will need to be experienced
  • Site manager will need to go for an initial interview
