Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a Senior Reward Administrator to join us. In this role, you'll ensure that day-to-day activities are managed effectively by adhering to processing deadlines and achieving agreed SLA's/KPI's. You'll be responsible for day-to-day line management of the team, including workload management, 121's, mid-term and annual performance development reviews, as well as successfully onboarding new team members, providing relevant training to ensure individuals have all the skills required to work flexibly across all team activities. You will work closely with the Reward Centre of Excellence (COE) to drive through continuous process improvements ensuring that all process maps and local work instructions are in place, supporting a range of projects in conjunction with Reward COE, including Kier Annual Pay review and bonus, Kier Flexible Benefit Annual review, and other ad hoc Reward projects.
What do we need from you?
You will need to be a confident people manager with an understanding of reward and benefits. You must have knowledge of performance management and how to apply within a process driven environment as well as an understanding of the principles of GDPR and effective customer care.
