We're looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our HR Shared Service Centre.

Location: Rushden, Northamptonshire with hybrid working
Contract: Permanent, full time - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will deliver a first-class customer service enabling queries to be handled in a timely manner. You'll engage with stakeholders to produce payrolls accurately and within the agreed timescales. You'll input both permanent and temporary payroll data onto our company system, calculate statutory payments as per HMRC guidelines and print P45s and P60s payslips.

This profile is not exhaustive. From time to time, you may be required by the company to perform other tasks, which are not included in the above description, but are within your capabilities and, where necessary, training and full support will be given.

Who are we looking for?

A customer focused individual with great attention to detail and highly analytical. You'll require previous experience within a payroll function and a solid understanding of the legal and statutory regulations including PAYE, SSP, NIC, SMP, SPP, court orders etc. You'll have strong numeracy skills and Oracle e-Business Suite experience is desirable. This individual will be able to develop positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and be a strong team player.
