Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Bid Manager, you will deliver work winning / bidding excellence to secure a wide range of frameworks and projects across our key public and private sectors, including (but not limited to) Education, Custodial, Healthcare, Defence, and Commercial. You will be responsible for understanding tender documents and Client requirements, developing win themes and answer plans, engaging expert contributors, articulating Client-focussed solutioxns, and Kier added value.
What do we need from you?
A proven track record of writing high quality bids. We are also keen to hear from Senior Bid Writers looking to step up into the role of Bid Director in the near future. While deep sector knowledge is not a pre-requisite of this role, a strong understanding of design, build, and construction management process is essential. You will be able to call upon a wide range of bid winning and writing skills, demonstrating best practice in your approach to developing high quality responses that reflect Client-specific needs.
