Static multi-site Fabric Engineer
A leading Mechanical & Electrical contractor who specialise in providing building maintenance and servicing have a key requirement for an experienced Mobile Fabric Building Maintenance Engineer. This role is split between 2 static sites in Slough and Knightsbridge
As the Static multi-site Fabric Engineer, you will be:
- Fabric Engineer will be split between 2 static sites based in Slough and Knightsbridge
- Fabric Engineer will be required to hang doors, change locks, assemble furniture as well as painting and decorating
- Fabric Engineer will be carrying out PPM's on mechanical plant as well as completing basic electrical tasks on building systems.
- Fabric Engineer will assist in completing reactive and repairs on mechanical systems and will also be required to carry out basic plumbing when needed.
- Fabric Engineer will be working Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00, with overtime available
As the Static multi-site Fabric Engineer, you will need:
- Fabric Engineer will need to live within a commutable distance to Central London
- Fabric with a Mechanical qualification would be an advantage
- Fabric Engineer will need to have a "can do" attitude and willing to learn new skills
- Fabric Engineer will be required to hang doors, change locks, assemble furniture as well as painting and decorating
- Fabric Engineer will need experience in carrying out PPM's and basic reactive works on both electrical and mechanical systems.
- Fabric Engineer must have a clean driving licence
Static multi-site Fabric Engineer will be paid up to £28 - £30k, dependent on experience + van + overtime + training + package
