We're looking for a Document Controller to join our Construction team based in South Devon. Within this role, pension matched up to 7.5%, 26 days holidays + bank holidays and even more.
Location: South Devon
Contract: Permanent - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know.
Responsibilities
As a Document Controller with our team?in, you will be downloading and publishing documents in accordance with project procedure, expediting?late documentation from the clients and consultants, assisting the team with internal document reviews and providing weekly reports on the status of all documentation.?
Who are we looking for?
Applicants will have previous administration experience and be fully conversant with MS Office packages. Having previous experience with an EDMS e.g. BIM Extra or?4 Projects, would be advantageous. You must be highly organised, be able to manage your own performance and work well under pressure
