We're looking for a Land Access Coordinator to join our Highways team. Location: Remote working, based at a flexible office location

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: £30k - £35k

Responsibilities

As a Land Access Coordinator, you'll be working within the Highways Team to support with bringing together the areas of land identified for surveys and work with various disciplines such as GIS Co-ordinators, Survey leads, Client stakeholders, Project customer support teams and the Project Team to ensure packages of work are in place to allow surveys to be undertaken on time with minimum disruption to Landowners whilst being compliant with our processes for safe systems of working.

Your day to day will include:

  • Being responsible for planning historic and environmental and other research surveys
  • Developing and implementing environmental strategies, requirements and action plans as well as updating internal access trackers and maintaining audit trail on communication
  • Delegating access instructions and requirements to subcontractors according to site designations, senior archaeologist requests and landowner preference
