Site managers & Assistant site managers
Our client are looking for Site managers & assistant site managers with experience in residential new builds on small plots required on a permanent basis.
The client works predominantly in Oxfordshire, Berkshire & Hertfordshire. They bring large contractor know-how to an SME builder, construction manager and developer. Whether it is a private conversion or new build, to delivering a multi-million pound affordable housing project, they have the skills and exacting standards to deliver first-class homes.
For the right site managers or assistant site managers the client are committed to ongoing training and development of their staff and progression within is prioritised.
As a client they manage the build and package out the works so they are looking for individuals with experience in managing multiple contractors, be able to plan ahead, be organised, drive the job and be able to communicate with the QS and Design teams.
The successful candidates will be available ideally from February/March on wards ready for a very busy year ahead.
Salary and package is negotiable depending on experience.
