FM Service Supervisor

A well-established, hard services provider within facilities maintenance, has a requirement for an experienced Service Supervisor to provide high quality service to the client, liaising with the contract manager as well as a small team of HVAC service engineers and building maintenance engineers. Role will be based in Hertfordshire

As the successful FM Service Supervisor, you will be: -

  • FM Service Supervisor will be the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails from the client
  • FM Service Supervisor will take bookings from all internal and external clients
  • FM Service Supervisor will allocate both PPM's and re-active jobs to a small team of engineers
  • FM Service Supervisor will work alongside the Contract Manager to ensure KPI's and SLA's are achieved
  • FM Service Supervisor to maintain FGAS, Gas Safe register to ensure Business compliance
To be successful as the FM Service Supervisor, you must have:

  • FM Service Supervisor must have excellent communications skills and telephone manner
  • FM Service Supervisor must have excellent time management, organisational skills and a flexible approach to work
  • FM Service Supervisor must have experience in a similar admin role previously
  • FM Service Supervisor must be IT literate and proficient with Microsoft Office and experience with Job logic would be a benefit
  • FM Service Supervisor must be in commutable distance to Hertfordshire
FM Service Supervisor - Up to £32k dependent on experience + 25 days holiday plus BH + Package
