Customer Care Operations Manager Job in Exeter, Devon

Customer Care Operations Manager job working for one of the biggest housebuilders in the UK. Our client is looking for someone who has experience in Customer Care in property and has new build knowledge. The role is offering a salary of up to £45,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance.

Employing over 4000 people and delivering around 15,000 homes a year, our client is recognised as one of the biggest housebuilders in the UK. They are now looking for someone for a brand-new post in their customer care team in the South West.

Role & Responsibilities

- Managing the department effectively by setting standards, monitoring performance, and coaching all team members to ensure KPI's are met

- Managing all NHBC / Premier / LABC resolutions and claims, working, and communicating closely with the Customer Care team

- Diagnosing complex defects, being responsible for the strategy and overseeing any works related to formal complaints

- Act as first point of call for identifying and resoling customer escalations, as well as resolving all formal complaints in line with company procedures

- Attending site as and when required to meet with customers, site team and Maintenance Operatives

- Work closely with all departments and colleagues to ensure communication is optimal and fluid.

Required Skills & Experience

- Customer Service experience is essential

- Trade related experience is essential

- Experience of managing a team

- Knowledge of Build standards and NHBC Guidelines

- Full UK Driving Licence is essential

- CSCS Card.
