Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will work as part of an integrated team focusing on the commercial and preconstruction functions of the KME business to deliver projects in accordance with the commercial standards, policies and ethics the business has, in a timely and accurate manner. You will work on monthly reporting, valuations, variations, subcontract documents, risk, opportunity and forecasting.
What do we need from you?
You will be qualified or working towards degree level or equivalent in quantity surveying with a willingness to learn and undertake self-development. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a commercially focused environment and understand the importance of risk management and forecasting.
