Salary: £18.00-20.00 per hour
We are seeking an experienced Multi Trade Carpenter to join the Property Services team in Harrow.
Daily responsibilities of a Multi Trade Carpenter are:
* Completing reactive and planned maintenance and repair jobs in a timely manner
* All aspects of carpentry including fitting kitchens, hanging doors, skirting, etc.
* Repair patching of plaster and replacing small areas of tiles
* General painting and making food paintwork after a repair
* Utilise work through PDAs / mobiles to complete works
Requirements of a Multi Trade Carpenter are:
* Trade related qualification, city and guilds, NVQ level 2 or equivalent
* Full UK Driving License (minimum of 12 months)
* Ability to use hand tools
* Previous experience within the responsive maintenance environment
Benefits for the Multi Trade Carpenter role:

* 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
