M&E Maintenance Engineer
A leading FM company with contracts in Data Centres, high end offices, and other commercial buildings currently have a key requirement for an experienced Building Services Engineer based in Central London covering sites in and around the city (3 days static) carrying out M&E maintenance and repairs. The successful engineer will be paid up to £42K + travel card dependent on experience

As the M&E Maintenance Engineer, you will be: -
- M&E Maintenance Engineer will carry out regular PPM's on all Mechanical and electrical plant
- M&E Maintenance Engineer will be assisting with breakdowns on all Mechanical plant and Electrical systems
- M&E Maintenance Engineer will complete emergency light testing, fire alarm checks, lamping, ballast changes, small work installs
- M&E Maintenance Engineer will benefit from a salary up to £42K + travel card + 25 days holiday + birthday off + company benefits
- M&E Maintenance Engineer will be working 3 days static (permanent location) and 2 days on site cover or assistance in the city of London zones 1-2
Requirements for the M&E Maintenance Engineer: -
- M&E Maintenance Engineer to have experience in PPM's on all Mechanical and electrical plant
- M&E Maintenance Engineer must have minimum NVQ/ City Guilds level 3 in electrical installations with 18th edition or mechanical engineering
- M&E Maintenance Engineer to have fault finding and repair experience on AHU'S FCU's and to have carried out water treatment
M&E Maintenance Engineer: - Up to £42K + Overtime + Package
