Are you a Freelance Project Manager looking for a new unique challenge? Are you happy to travel on site 4 days a week in Tilbury (Essex) where the project takes place and work 1 day from home?
What the day will look like:
- Primarily you will be responsible for ensuring that construction workstreams are managed
- Ensuring a successful outcome and anticipated delivery goals are delivered to the agreed timescales
- Resource plan and financial budgets
We are looking for the following skills and experience:
- Construction project management experience across retail / hospitality / industrial or logistics
- Good understanding of MS products such as Project, Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to provide ongoing quality
- Qualified or studying towards a project management qualification
