Salary: £34,000 per annum
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Carpenter Multi Trade to join the Responsive Maintenance team covering West London.
Daily responsibilities of a Carpenter Multi Trade are:
- Undertaking repair/renewal works across several trades within occupied and void properties
- Working in partnership with other operatives to complete certain tasks
- Providing excellent customer service to residents and clients
Requirements of a Carpenter Multi Trade are:
- NVQ Level 2 or above in Carpentry, Plumbing, or Plastering (preferable)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Asbestos Awareness
