Regional role covering Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Peterborough, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes and Luton - remote working available, with offices in Cambridge and Rushden.

As the Senior Business Development Manager, you will be an active and integral part of the regional senior leadership team allowing you to develop and own a business development strategy.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying new leads, selling Kiers capabilities in the market and building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients and partners.
- Presenting Kier to potential clients and partners through multiple communication mediums in a manner that enhances the relationships and fosters opportunities.
- You will own, organise and deliver marketing activities and events for the region in line with the agreed strategy and budget along with owning and managing the pipeline of opportunities, whilst growing this in line with the strategy and in a sustainable manner.
- Report on Business Development activities at the management board such that actions can be agreed and developments tracked.
The successful candidate will have:
- Solid experience in a like for like role working on a wide variety of sectors public and private.
- A proven track record in delivering sales across a diverse client base and proven experience in business development activities.
- Exceptional relationship management and networking abilities coupled with a genuine passion for the sector.
