Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Responsibilities
As a Highways Arborist you'll be working within the Highways Team, supporting them to carry out all aspects of tree works from pruning to felling.
Your day to day will include:
- Carrying out safety critical emergency works when required and liaise with members of the public if approached
- Setting up safe working sites on the highway as well as following and complying with safe systems of work
- Complete risk assessments, ICoP, paperwork and training
This role of Highways Arborist is great for you if you have:
- Qualifications up to and including City & Guilds Level 2 Certificate of Competence in Using a Chainsaw from a Rope and Harness (CS 39).
- Valid CSCS card
- Experience and knowledge of strict Health & Safety operations and the related practical implications
