Static Fabric Engineer is required by a leading hard services FM maintenance contractor specialising in Air Conditioning and Commercial Heating within the comercial sector are currently looking for an experienced Static Fabric Engineer to further strengthen their existing team.

As the Successful Static Fabric Engineer, you will be

  • Static Fabric Engineer you will be a commutable distance of Euston Square
  • Static Fabric Engineer you will be completing basic Electrical repair
  • Static Fabric Engineer you will be completing basic plumbing repair
  • Static Fabric Engineer you will be assisting on site engineers
  • Static Fabric Engineer you will be completing Carpentry work, i.e floor matching, hanging doors

To be successful as the Static Fabric Engineer

  • Static Fabric Engineer must have Fabric and Building Services experience
  • Static Fabric Engineer to have a qualification in 1 discipline Carpentry or Painting and decorating
  • Static Fabric Engineer must be a commutable distance of Euston Square
  • Static Fabric Engineer will benefit from a basic salary up to £30k pa, 20 days holiday + BH, this increases with each year of service

Static Fabric Engineer - Up to £30k basic dependent on experience + package + pension
