We're looking for a FM Programme Manager to join our Facilities Management Team based anywhere in the UK. Within this role, you can enjoy a company car or car allowance, Private Health care and even more.

Location: Based anywhere withing the UK - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required

Contract: Fixed term contract 6-12 Months - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know

Responsibilities

As a FM Programme Manager, you'll be working within the Facilities Management Team, supporting them in Bid, Premobilisation and mobilisation stages of tenders.

Your day to day will include:

  • Full management & ownership of FM tender programme
  • Management and coordination of the tender premobilisation requirements
  • Management and co-ordination of contract award mobilisation
What are we looking for?

This role of FM programme Manager is great for you if:

  • Have understanding of industry standard contracts across FM
  • Are a Prince 2 Practitioner
  • Have experience in Client relations and Project Management
  • Have years' Experience in Facilities Management
  • Are experienced in relationship management both internally & externally
