Responsibilities
As a Managing Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the Construction Team, working on a £65m office and residential development in central London.
Your day to day will include:
- Working alongside the project delivery team, you will ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors.
- You will have exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery
- Manage the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement and be involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome.
This role of Managing Quantity Surveyor is great for you if have:
- You will be degree qualified and able to demonstrate strong communication and organisational abilities.
- You'll be proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Ideally you will have experience from a similar role within the construction industry
