We're looking for a Reward Administrator to join our HR Shared Service Centre within our existing Reward team.

Location: Rushden, Northamptonshire with flexible/hybrid working
Contract: Permanent, full-time position. Also, able to consider part-time opportunities.

Responsibilities

In this exciting HR Shared Services Reward Administrator role, you will be providing high quality reward advice and transactional services on a breadth of reward issues via telephone, live chat, email and case management system. You will be dealing with queries in the case management system and respond to queries in line with Kier policies and procedures, as well as answering questions from all stakeholders effectively and within the service level agreement. You will be ensuring that all queries are tracked and monitored to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and will process all reward data for the allocated payroll within the agreed deadlines. In addition you will be inputting permanent and temporary reward and benefits data into Oracle Payroll System working closely with the HR Systems team and will produce and reconcile various reward reports.
You may be asked to undertake other activities associated within this role, which are not included in the above description, but are within your capabilities and the broader remit of the position.

Who are we looking for?

You will need Reward administration experience ideally in a Shared Service environment for this role, along with being competent with Excel including Mail Merges, V-Look Ups and Pivot Tables and have excellent customer service skills when dealing with all stakeholders. If you have this as well as being an effective communicator with the ability to be organised and work in a methodical manner then this may be the perfect role for you.
