We're currently recruiting for a Senior HR Administrator to join on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract within our HR Shared Service Centre.

Location: Rushden, Northamptonshire with flexible/hybrid working
Contract: Fixed Term Contract (12 months maternity cover), full-time position. Also, able to consider part-time opportunities.

Responsibilities

In this Senior HR Administrator role, you will support the HR Admin Team Manager with the management of the team of HR Administrators, proving a support mechanism and being the point of contact. The Senior HR Administrator will also take ownership of all day-to-day activities and tasks required to provide our employees with an efficient advisory and HR transactional support service. Your role will involve acting as the role model for the team, leading by example in promoting a positive working environment and driving continuous improvement in ways of working.

You may be asked to undertake other activities associated within this role, which are not included in the above description, but are within your capabilities and the broader remit of the position.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who's comfortable operating within a fast-paced environment and has previous experience within high-volume administration, ideally within a HR Shared Service Centre. You'll play an integral role in supporting existing team members and act as an escalation point if required. You'll also prioritise customer excellence and have a methodical approach towards problem-solving and a good ability in using MS Office Suite applications and HR Systems. Previous experience of Oracle HR is desirable, but not essential. This role will involve covering the HR Admin Team Manager in their absence.
