Contracts Manager
This is a great opportunity for an aspiring Contracts Manager or a Project Manager to join a family run real estate developer and even progress further to a Senior construction person within the business.
As a Contracts Manager, you will lead ambitious residential projects, some of which that have been nominated for national awards, so these are some exciting schemes to be a part of. The projects span from 20-60 units and are new build residential development schemes across London worth around £20m.
Due to business expansion, the company are now looking for a professional to sit in their London office to participate in the design team meetings, programming, quality control, lead Health and Safety on site, and build a site team. There is also the future opportunity to take on lead within the business by focusing on land acquisitions, prospective development opportunities and even working across multiple developments.
About you
- Previous experience at a developer and having delivered residential projects
- Experience in Design and Build Contracts
- Contracting experience
- Experience as a Development Manager / Project Manager
A very competitive salary, up to £100k
Flexible site visits - 2-3 site visits required per week.
Benefits include an enrolment pension scheme with an employer's contribution at 3% and an employee contribution of 5%- and 20-days annual leave, including work lease during festive seasons.
