Established in mid 2000's this now rapidly but organically growing main contractor is looking for a highly motivated Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Work a predominantly office based role carrying out cost reconciliations, client meetings, monthly forecasts and more. Enjoy working alongside an allocated contract manager on projects ranging from refurbishment, new builds, commercial and leisure centre projects and more. Progress your career into senior status with opportunities to become chartered.
Your role as a Project Quantity Surveyor will include:
*Project Quantity Surveyor
*Run projects alongside a contracts manager, attend and present meetings.
*Carry out monthly forecasts, client valuations and cost reconciliations and more
*Be office based and travel to site when required (approx once a month)
As Project Quantity Surveyor you will need:
*Driving Licence and commutable to Chingford/South Woodford area
*Proven experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor
*Happy to travel further afield when Projects require
