An exciting opportunity for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our Aylesford team. Within this role, you can enjoy a bonus, car or car allowance, private healthcare and even more.

Location: Aylesford, Kent

Contract: Full time, permanent

Responsibilities

As a Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will be supporting the Construction team, regularly providing reports to the Commercial Manager and the wider business unit.

Your day to day will include:

  • Being responsible for the day-to-day management of the commercial team
  • Ensuring deadlines and reporting requirements are met
  • Providing forecasting for the project
Who are we looking for?

This role of Managing Quantity Surveyor is great for you if you have:

  • Previous experience on large commercial developments
  • An HNC or above in Quantity Surveying or a similar discipline
  • Previous experience of managing a team
  • Strong commercial acumen
