Managing Quantity Surveyor

Location: Aylesford, Kent
Contract: Full time, permanent
Responsibilities
As a Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will be supporting the Construction team, regularly providing reports to the Commercial Manager and the wider business unit.
Your day to day will include:
- Being responsible for the day-to-day management of the commercial team
- Ensuring deadlines and reporting requirements are met
- Providing forecasting for the project
This role of Managing Quantity Surveyor is great for you if you have:
- Previous experience on large commercial developments
- An HNC or above in Quantity Surveying or a similar discipline
- Previous experience of managing a team
- Strong commercial acumen
