We're currently recruiting for an IT Project Coordinator to support and manage the full lifecycle of projects within the IT department focusing on key technology components, to ensure delivery of business outcomes to time, cost and quality.

Location: Rushden with flexible/hybrid working in place
Contract: Permanent, full-time. Able to consider part-time opportunities.

Responsibilities

In this key Project Coordinator role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects allocated to you through the full project lifecycle. In addition, you will be supporting your peer Project Managers with their allocated assignments from the portfolio.

You will work closely with and align to PMO governance frameworks working with internal and external stakeholders and co-ordinating with 3rd party service providers to successfully deliver against business outcome aligned to pre-agreed SLA's and KPI's.

You'll proactively support change throughout the project lifecycle ensuring change is managed and clearly defined and understood.

You will work closely with delivery team leaders to negotiate appropriate technical resourcing aligned to your project governance, timelines and reporting expectations.

You may be asked to undertake other activities associated within this role, which are not included in the above description, but are within your capabilities and the broader remit of the position.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a Qualified Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent Foundation level with post-qualification experience. A proven track record of delivering within a project focused capacity and awareness of project planning tools and knowledge of its practical application. You'll be collaborative in your approach, working with a range of business stakeholders and an awareness of Agile methodology. You'll also have good awareness of emerging technologies and an ability to influence and challenge where required to achieve the desired outcome.
