Location: Rushden with flexible/hybrid working in place
Contract: Permanent, full-time. Able to consider part-time opportunities.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a MI/BI Developer with strong Power BI skill set. In this role you'll work closely with the business and IT stakeholders to deliver reporting, dashboards and visualisations that make decision making easier. You will be working in the Microsoft Azure Data Services space in a community of practice of like minded and skilled individuals. You will translate requirements into outputs, working in collaboration with the Data Engineering function who will provide the datasets you need. You will have experience of writing DAX Measures in line with complex business logic and be familiar with best practices within the Power BI environment.

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who has a good background in data and business analysis, is curious and an excellent communicator. You should be confident with solving business problems through the use of data and challenging the status quo to drive positive outcomes. The use of data within the organisation is growing, with demand out stripping supply. You will be technically excellent, have a keen attitude to learn and want to be at the forefront of MI/BI development in a fast-paced organisation.
