FM Contracts Support Administrator

A leading building services contractor specialising in providing full HVAC M&E maintenance, are looking for an outgoing contracts support administrator to work out of their Cambridge office, scheduling PPM's and reactive works for the engineers, Purchase orders, sales invoices, job sheets, works orders, WIP, updating asset management system: In house system

  • FM Contracts Support Administrator will be based in Cambridge
  • FM Contracts Support Administrator will be performing a wide variety of contract administration duties and producing reports for Client meetings
  • FM Contracts Support Administrator will be managing the data entry onto their in house CAFM system
  • FM Contracts Support Administrator will be using Word, Excel, Outlook
  • FM Contracts Support Administrator assisting the contracts manager with all administration duties by being proactive in their approach
  • FM Contracts Support Administrator will be speaking with engineers and clients on booking and following up reactive works, ensuring that the in-house system is up to date as well as scheduling PPM's
  • FM Contracts Support Administrator will be paid £30,000 - £34,000 basic + 34 days holiday

To be successful as the FM Contracts Coordinator

  • FM Contracts Support Administrator will be experienced in working within a facilities maintenance team
  • FM Contracts Support Administrator will be experienced in maintenance contracts administration within M&E, HVAC, or Facilities Maintenance
  • FM Contracts Support Administrator will live in commuting distance to Cambridge
  • FM Contracts Support Administrator with Tesseract, Planet, e logbooks or plan on system would be an advantage

FM Contracts Coordinator will be paid £30,000 - £34,000 basic + 34 days holiday + package.
