JOB DESCRIPTION:

Contracts Managers required for a large nationwide maintenance firm that specialises in commercial projects. Our client is looking for experienced and hardworking contracts manager to join projects based around the Midlands. Must have own transport.

This contract will be on a perm, with hours being 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Managing direct staff
  • Liaising with clients
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Monitor costs

Requirements for the role

  • Experience within the fire protection industry
  • Management experience
