Service/ Small works Co-ordinator

A well-established, privately owned, Commercial and Domestic heating and Electrical contractor, has a requirement for a bubbly, experienced service helpdesk administrator to provide high quality service to clients, liaising with the contract managers as well as a team of both ACS Commercial and Domestic Gas engineers and Electricians. Working within a small, dynamic team with a work hard play hard mentality based on a static site near Devizes

As the successful Service/ Small works Co-ordinator, you will be: -

  • Service/ Small works Co-ordinator will be the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails from the client
  • Service/ Small works Co-ordinator will take bookings from all internal and external clients
  • Service/ Small works Co-ordinator will allocate jobs to a team of Gas engineers/ Electricians
  • Service/ Small works Co-ordinator will work alongside the Service desk manager to ensure KPI's and SLA's are achieved

To be successful as the Service/ Small works Co-ordinator, you must have:

  • Service/ Small works Co-ordinator must have excellent communications skills and telephone manner
  • Service/ Small works Co-ordinator must have excellent time management, organisational skills and a flexible approach to work
  • Service/ Small works Co-ordinator must have experience in a similar admin role previously
  • Service/ Small works Co-ordinator must be IT literate and proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Service/ Small works Co-ordinator must be in commutable distance to Devizes

Service/ Small works Co-ordinator - Up to £28k dependent on experience + Pension + Holidays
