A leading electrical contractor specialising in commercial electrical installations and reworks within the London and South east area have a key requirement for an experienced Electrical contracts manager. To oversee electrical installation projects from tender to handover on offices, social care facilities, local authority facilities, ware houses and industrial units.
Established for over 30 years and with over 100 employees, they offer stability and opportunities for career progression
As a successful contracts manager you will:

    Electrical contracts manager will be covering the South East London area. Electrical contracts manager will liaise with project managers and construction directors. Electrical contracts manager will be running a portfolio ranging between £2.5m-£10m. Electrical Contracts Manager will be Customer facing with good relationship building skills and communication. Electrical Contracts Manager will ensure delivery meets clients KPI's on time and within budget.

To be a successful Electrical contracts manager you will have:

    Electrical Contracts manager will need to be experienced in running Electrical installation projects. Electrical Contracts manager will be experienced managing a team and client facing. Electrical Contracts manger will be IT literate and experienced with using Microsoft Excel. Electrical Contracts manager will be paid up to £65,000-£75,000 per annum. Electrical contracts manager will hold a JIB qualification, Construction design management is desirable but not mandatory.

Electrical contracts manager will be paid £65,000-£75,000 (dependant on experience) + car allowance + Holiday + Pension + Package.
