We're currently recruiting for a Commercial Support Co-Ordinator to support the business development activity for the London East team. You will support the England and Wales Hire Division by providing drawings and building prices for our single modular building opportunities. Offering commercial and administrative support to the Hire & Visitor Centre and/or Hire & Service Centre, by assisting and processing building allocations and booking transport to help achieve order levels at agreed margins.   • Salary: £25,200 - £30,334.50 p.a.
  • Role based: Purfleet, RM19 1RR
  • Contract type: Fixed Term Contract for 12 months

Role Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Hire Centre staff to prepare single module building drawings using Revit software.
  • Produce building quotations using SAP against customer requirements.
  • Liaise with Building Services to include their designs and costs within the overall quotation and promote the including of Building Services in SMB proposals.
  • Effectively use internal systems (e.g. SAP, CRM) to ensure customer information is kept up to date and systems are aligned.
  • Support with the control of our SMB fleet by creating and managing the `digital twin' of all of our SMB buildings when they return back into Hire Centres.

  • Good level of numeracy and literacy, with a GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4 or above (or equivalent grade).
  • Strong administrative experience gained in a customer service environment.
  • Experience of design or using drawing software.
  • You must also be computer literate, have good attention to detail and an excellent telephone manner.
