Quality Performance & Improvement Manager

Location: Penrith - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.
Contract: Permanent - Fulltime
Salary: £competitive
Responsibilities
As a Quality Performance, and Improvement Manager, you'll create and update Quality Management Plans and liaise with the client's quality representatives to ensure full agreement and understanding of quality requirements and handover compliance requirements
Your day to day will include:
- Manage and coordinate internal and external quality audits
- Management of NCRs, Defects and Quality observations
- Management of Quality Management Points
- Lead Collaborative sessions including Collaborative Planning Workshops & Production Control Meetings on nominated schemes
- Lead Lean Continuous Improvement Training on nominated scheme using the Lean Construction Institute UK's 'Lean Construction Delivery Pathway' training materials and Learning Management System
This role of Quality Performance and Improvement Manager is great for you if are:
- Experience in a similar role
- Self-starter, who will use their own initiative and plan their own journey
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs
