We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Mogden team based in Twickenham, Greater London. Within this role you can enjoy 26 days annual leave, sharesave scheme, family friendly policies and even more.

Contract: Full Time, Permanent.

Responsibilities
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the Mogden project team to support them in the growth of our Mogden project.

Your day to day will include:

  • Administer and enforce business commercial procedures;
  • Measure works carried out and reconcile to Target Cost;
  • Prepare Monthly and final applications for payment;
  • Placing and subsequent financial management of sub-contract agreements;
  • Provide assistance, guidance and support to the operational teams in the areas of: Contract Compliance, The financial impact of decisions; Value maximisation/cost saving techniques; Procurement strategy
Who are we looking for?

This role of Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:

  • You have experience within the construction or civils industry
  • You have excellent IT skills including the use of the Microsoft business suite
  • You have good communication skills with Client facing attributes
  • You own a full UK driving licence
