Location: Twickenham, Greater London.
Contract: Full Time, Permanent.

Responsibilities
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the Mogden project team to support them in the growth of our Mogden project.
Your day to day will include:
- Administer and enforce business commercial procedures;
- Measure works carried out and reconcile to Target Cost;
- Prepare Monthly and final applications for payment;
- Placing and subsequent financial management of sub-contract agreements;
- Provide assistance, guidance and support to the operational teams in the areas of: Contract Compliance, The financial impact of decisions; Value maximisation/cost saving techniques; Procurement strategy
This role of Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:
- You have experience within the construction or civils industry
- You have excellent IT skills including the use of the Microsoft business suite
- You have good communication skills with Client facing attributes
- You own a full UK driving licence
