Customer Care Coordinator Job in Tiverton, Devon

I have a Customer Care Coordinator job for a regional housebuilder. Our client is looking to speak to candidates who have experience in Customer Care and property. They are looking to pay up to £26,000 + 25 days holiday.

Successfully building new homes and communities throughout the South West region for nearly the past 30 years, my client has built more than 1,500 new homes and created around 30 new communities. They are now looking for a Coordinator to join their team in Devon.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all occupied home enquiries
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Liaise with all relevant contacts to resolve warranty defects within designated timescales
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Schedule and diarise visits for Technicians.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in Customer Services is essential
  • Housebuilder experience is desirable
  • Full UK driving license.
