We're looking for Project Managers to join our Housing Maintenance Team based in East London. Within this role, you can enjoy a company car or car allowance, flexible working, and even more.

Location: East London - Site working and agile working available, with travel to the office required

Contract: Permanent - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know

Responsibilities

Kier Housing Maintenance are looking to recruit a Project Manager, who will be responsible for delivering essential internal (or external refurbishment) work stream The successful postholder will be responsible for project deliveries operationally and in line with contract requirement, and delivery of all service requirement in line with Kier Places procedures.

You will also be a direct line manager to Site Managers and Resident Liaison Officers, and report into a Senior Contracts manager / Operations Manager.

What are we looking for?

This role of Project Manager is great for you if:

  • Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid qualifications
  • Project Management skills & qualifications
  • Proven track record of delivering external & internal refurbishment projects
  • Ability to programme work streams on your own accord (MS Projects, ASTA Etc, Excel)
  • Able to take the lead with client interfaces and manage project delivery on technical and business aspects of team outputs.
