Continental Shift Electrical maintenance Engineer
Our client is an established and successful Building Services Company with a varied and secure client base across London and the Home Counties. They require an Electrically Biased Building Services Shift Service Engineer based at a well-known site in Central London. The hours are 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am 3 days on 4 off 4 on 6 off continental shift pattern. Paid £46K Basic salary subject to experience
As the Shift Continental Shift Electrical maintenance Engineer
- Continental Shift Electrical engineer will carry out PPM's on electrical and basic mechanical plant
- Continental Shift Electrical engineer will carry out Reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant
- Continental Shift Electrical engineer will carry out assistance on Plumbing duties as and when required
- Continental Shift Electrical engineer will carry out Working a continental shift pattern; 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am 3 days on 4 off 4 on 6 off.
- Continental Shift Electrical engineer will be Based at a well-known site in Central London
- Continental Shift Electrical engineer will carry out Overtime - Must be willing to support shift team members with holiday cover.
- Continental Shift Electrical engineer will be Presentable and client facing
- Continental Shift Electrical Engineer Must have at least basic computer skills - BMS, emails, Microsoft Office and reactive/PPM calls (opening and closing jobs).
- Continental Shift Electrical engineer will be paid up to £46k basic salary + pension + package
Requirements for the Shift Building Services Engineer:-
- Continental Shift Electrical engineer must have 18th Edition and level 3 electrical installations
- Continental Shift Electrical engineer will be Knowledgeable on front end BMS and basic Ac plant
- Continental Shift Electrical engineer will have Reactive maintenance experience on electrical and basic mechanical AC plant
- Continental Shift Electrical engineer will have previous experience in critical environments
- Continental Shift Electrical engineer will be within easy access to London Bridge
Electrically Biased Building Services Shift Engineer £42,000 - £46,000, (Depending on Experience) + Package
