We're recruiting for a MI Analyst working within our Kier IT team to support and manage the delivery of technical projects/solutions and fully support existing functions and services consumed by the businesses.

Location: Rushden, Northamptonshire - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.
Contract: Permanent, full-time - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know.

Responsibilities

In this exciting role, you'll collaborate with IT functions and business stakeholders to play a key role in contributing to the optimal business solutioning process. You will develop technical solutions and business Apps around the Microsoft Power Platform, and network with business stream process and data owners to better understand the operational processes in driving maximum value from digitising business process. Presenting clear solutions to business stakeholders will be a key element of the role.

Who are we looking for?

A business-focused individual with a service driven mindset. You will have previous experience in an integrated service environment, within a large organisation with a multi-vendor landscape. A good understanding of the range of reporting tools such as Power BI, OBIEE, Hyperion and solid experience in development under the Microsoft Power Platform stack (specifically PowerBI, Power Automate, Power App (both Canvas and Model Driven), SharePoint Online (and ideally JavaScript). You will also have an ability to produce high quality technical solutions and an understanding with ETL (Extract, Transform & Load) and other business intelligence tools from platform providers including Microsoft and Oracle.
