Location: London (Office based)
The client is an established design consultancy specialist within the building services sector having completed over 300,000 projects and 50 years in building services, HVAC and M&E. This company offers stability and progression. The company now has a key requirement for a senior mechanical design engineer experianced within mechanical building services design to join their growing design team in their London office
As a successful Senior Mechanical Design Engineer you will:

    Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will possess self-motivation and an ability to run and manage teams of engineers and Revit modelers for mechanical building services and HVAC systems. Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will have a minimum of 6 years' experience in stage 4&5 design and coordination within mechancial bulding services. Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will have knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit MEP. Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will have a good knowledge of all Mechanical/Building Services Design guidelines, building regulations and relevant BS, IS and EN Standard

To be successful as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer you will ideally have:

    Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will require a full current driver's license and own car. Working towards or Chartered Engineering status will be an advantage Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will have a degree in mechanical engineering HVAC or building services As the Company is growing and offers progression the successful candidate will have an opportunity of reaching Associate level Opportunity to operate a flexible working schedule where over 2 weeks (10 working days) will work 5 days at home and 5 days in office on a 3/day 2/day rotation.


Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will be paid up to £55k per annum + Holiday + Pension+ Package
