Location: Loughton - office based
Contract: Permanent, full time
Responsibilities
As a Senior Administrator, you'll be working with Kier Places Housing Maintenance team, supporting the business with value-adding administration to support Performance Excellence objectives and office management in Loughton.
Your day to day will include:
- Acting as office manager for the Kier Places Loughton office, responsible for health and safety in the office, maintaining relationships with other building users and dealing with deliveries to the office
- Supporting the Kier Places Housing Maintenance senior leadership team with the management of specific projects and events working with colleagues from marketing, communications, business development and operations.
- Provide administration support for Project Lifecycle Management objectives including ensuring folders and RAID logs are in place for all projects and are being maintained.
- Organising inductions for new starters and staff who move into management roles bringing together input from Operations, SHE, HR, IT, Business Development and other colleagues.
This role of Senior Administrator is great for you if:
- You have previous office management experience and have an administration background with a proactive approach to work
- You have basic project management experience with excellent attention to detail
- You have proficient IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
