Site Manager (Internal Fit Out) - REQUIRED!

The Company:
The company are a Building and Construction firm who are currently operating in Birmingham. The firm specialise in new build Luxury Homes and Apartments.

The Opportunity:
As a Site Manager you will be based on the current site they have in Birmingham for a few months, looking after the internal spects of site such as: plastering, painting, flooring, joinery packages ect. Candidates will be required to have a background in Building and Construction.

The Role / Experience & Responsibilities:
The company are looking for a Site Manager who wants to engage in long term work with the potential of future contract offers coming from the firm afterwards. To be considered for the role, the following experience and certifications will be sought after:

  • MUST have SMSTS
  • MUST have Black CSCS card
  • MUST have First Aid
  • REQUIRED to have a background in Building and Construction
  • REQUIRED to have Internal Fit Out experience
  • MUST have ability to get to Birmingham
  • REQUIRED to wear Full PPE (hard hat, High Vis & Safety boots)
  • MUST have working reference
  • MUST have the right to work in the UK

This role is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established Building and Construction firm on a long-term opportunity.

Pay:

Between £250 and £260 a day (Rate is negotiable)
