Contract: Permanent, full time

Responsibilities

As an Asset Management Data Analyst, you'll be working with the Business Systems and Process Manager, supporting them in BAU asset management changes, migrations and new contract mobilisations across Kier Places.

Your day to day will include:

  • Working with contract teams to gather and input data into Excel datasheets to support mobilisations
  • Providing support and expertise in asset management to contracts around business data requirements to ensure Concept is properly configured with Asset and PPM business data
  • Investigating data issues to identify and implement solutions
  • Supporting asset verification and mobilisation projects to ensure data is accurate and loaded to timescales
What are we looking for?

This role of Asset Management Data Analyst is great for you if:

  • Advanced experience using Excel, including import capabilities, and working with large volumes of data. You will also have experience with CAFM, IWMS, CMMS or EAM systems similar to Concept Evolution.
  • You have able to problem solve quickly and efficiently and have the confidence to work with the wider business
  • You have a background in Facilities Management or Housing Maintenance, with a knowledge of Assets and Planned Maintenance relating to this business area
